I'm in love with Green Smoothies!

In an effort to eat healthier, I've been making green smoothies every morning for breakfast.  It sounds gross, but is actually so good!  I love them.  My favorite personal concoction is:

  • Fresh Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • Almond Milk
  • 1 frozen banana (sliced into pieces)
  • Frozen strawberries
  • Frozen blueberries
The berries cover up the taste of the spinach!  I've also heard carrots are a good addition, but I'm not sure I would like the texture.  Carrot juice has also been recommended.  I will definitely be picking up some of that next time I'm at the store!
